Proof of Funds for University Category

Hi All,
i have got an admit in MEng UBC for jan 13. My tuition fees is 17k and liviing expense wud be arn 10,000 CAD. I am applying for a bank loan covering tuition fee as well as Living Expense. I am thinking of paying the fees after reaching vancouver.Will the bank letter suffice or do i need to produce the fees receipt + bank letter when applying for visa?. Kindly clarify . Need your suggestions pls.

Paying a FEES in your University and Showing the proof of fees will increase the rate of VISA.
Besides them you should show strong bank statement in saving account and Strong Home ties with proof of employment in your home Country.
