i am planning to move to canada for my pilot training. i have few queries about proof of funds documents to be submitted to cic. let me explain my current situation:
1.) course fee is 55000 CAD around 30 lakhs in INR.
2.) currently we have around 30 lakhs INR.
3.) in that 30 lakhs, 15 lakhs we got by selling a land and gold loan.
4.) rest of 15 lakhs is in the form of deposits and savings
5.) another 10 lakhs (miscellaneous expenses) is through my mother's provident fund which she is allowed to withdraw and the letter of approval from her institution is in hand.
6.) among this total 40 lakhs GIC would go about 6 lakhs that now equals = 34 lakhs.
7.) father is retired and mother is employed.

now the question is what are the documents that i have to submit to cic understanding the above situation.??

The reason why IRCC asks for proof of funds is to ensure that you will be able to cover for your education, which is usually the first year's fee. You can show the proof of funds with

• proof of a Canadian bank account in your name, if you've transferred money to Canada
• Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) from a participating Canadian financial institution
• proof of a student or education loan from a bank
• your bank statements for the past 4 months
• a bank draft that can be converted to Canadian dollars
• proof you paid tuition and housing fees
• a letter from the person or school giving you money or
• proof of funding paid from within Canada, if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program
