Hi, I applied for my student visa and it got refused so this time I want to make everything right. I got accepted to University of Waterloo for Computer Science. I am from Pakistan. Previously, we uploaded a four months bank statement which had an average of 4000 cad on average throughout the four months period which is obviously the reason for refusal however in the last month, we sold some property and deposited around 71000 cad in the accounts. Furthermore, my brother was sponsoring me. My questions will be in bold text. This time my father is my main sponsor, he has around 19000 cad on average in his bank account at any moment in his one account and he has 15000 usd in his foreign account that he has created 10 days ago and in the next ten days, we will have around 30000 usd in this account. I will apply for visa on october 10 and till the time they decide on my visa this money in the foreign account will remain untouched. So we would have around 25000 usd in one account with the increasing trend for 2 months and 10 days and 30000 usd for 1 month and 20 days. In addition to that I am showing my fathers investment from which he earns 12000 usd per year. My brother will be my secondary sponsor and his income is around 40000 usd though he doesn't have much money in his bank accounts to show as he is a investor. The documents for the investment will be shown. I will also be giving the first semester fee of 14000 which will include 7000 cad of scholarship. I am also been given a further of 5000 cad scholarship for my second semester. Total scholarship scholarship of 15000 cad out of which 3000 is for the upper years. I will be uploading the bank statement for 4 months out of which the first month wont have much transactions in it and money too as we started reusing the bank accounts after my refusal. Is this enough in your opinion? is there any way else i can meet the POF requirement?
