Hello, I am applying for PR under the Canadian Work Experience. I have been employed in Canada for over a year. My question is do I still need to submit a bank statement? I understand that the minimum amount of money to be in one's account for one individual is approximately 12000$ but since I am already employed in Canada, do i need to have that amount of funds in my account?

Thanks

There is no funds requirement for CEC Applicants. You can show $0 in funds available. Proof of funds, you need to submit saying I've been invited under CEC which does not need funds to show since you are supporting yourself with this job.

Not needed for CEC.

just submit a letter stating that since you are under CEC you don't need to provide proof of funds. They know this but you still need to upload something in this slot.

thank you. I noticed that when i put 0$, it completely removes the slot for uploading proof of funds in the supporting document fields. Where do i then upload a letter explaining that i do not need to upload proof of funds?

I thought you are entering funds amount. You do not need to upload letter if you are declaring $0 as I did.
