I got the scholarship from McMaster University (2 year MSc course, fees: 18000$ per year) due to which my income during the first year will be 31000$ after deduction and a loan amount of 7.5 lakh from SBI. Are these sufficient to show as a proof of funds for the student visa to Canada or liquid funds are also required?

You need to show funds , i.e 10,000 CAD for living and be able to pay your fees .
If your fees is being paid i.e you are getting scholarship of 31,000 CAD so you only need to show living expenses .
I guess 7.5 lakhs is well over 10,000 CAD so that's enough .

Actually, I got Teaching assistantship, research scholarship... Due to which income during the year will be 31000$... Which will be credited in multiple installments in my account..
