Proof of funds for canada PR from my USA uncle to myself in India

My uncle is helping me with the settlement funds for Canada PR(~19000 Canadian dollars). However, he is a USA citizen and lives there and as I know if I get Gift deed made his signature will be required which I can't get as I am in India. Please suggest how can I show funds in this case?
