Proof of funds - financial profile letter

Hello,

Express Entry - Skilled Worker. Received my invite and have everything but proof of funds before I can submit.
BUT unfortunately my UK bank will not provide a financial profile letter or any form of personalised letter. They have said I have to use my statements, which I am sure will be rejected.

Is there any alternative anyone is aware of?

1. Try to get account msintenance certificate from bank. They must have some letters that they can hand over to you.
2. Get six month's account statement
3. Upload both. If they do not even give 1. then upload your communication woth the bank as part of LOE
