Proof Of Funds (Financial Declaration) ... Urgent Help Seniors Please

Guys,

The money in my account has recently been gifted by my father for the purpose of immigration.
As already mentioned countless times by many different members on this forum that i need financial declaration (attested by notary) to prove this claim.

Can you guys please help me with a general outline/sample of this financial declaration that i need to submit with my POF as LOE from my father mentioning above mentioned claim ?

Seniors ... Urgent help will be highly appreciated.

Basically a "To whomsoever it may concern" letter which states that he has transferred X amount to his Son (your name) on DATE from her bank account XXX123 vide wire transfer ref number 123456 for the express purpose of helping you with settlement funds. Also, this is not a loan hence need not be returned.

That should do it.

There is no formal letter format for LOE. You can make it the usual pattern that you normally do your official letters. It can start with a Dear and can be addressed as Dear Officer (as the assumption is one of the Immigration officer would be handling your file). It really does not matter how the structure of the letter is, wat really matters is whether you are able to convey the message that you are intending to.

Pls help, i have two accounts in two different banks, one is saving accounts( joint with spouse) and second one is salary account, but For POF all amount exists in saving accounts from last 6-7 months. And salary account hv nt much money bcoz i used it for home expensives or for daily use so always balance is below than $100. Only in the first week of every month balance goes up when salary transfered to it. So now question is-: Bank statements are mandatory or not. I have more than six months old balance in my joint account with my spouse and average balance is also same as current balance, just 3-4% variation. If im sending bank letter which stating average balance for last six months, current balance, credit card accounts( limits and balance available), no loan then bank statement for last six months should be submitted or not. And should i submit same letter ( no loan, current balance, avg balance, credit cards) for salary account from other bank or statement is mandatory
