I need one clarification on PoF, we recently got ITA and about to upload documents. My wife is primary applicant we will provide her last 6 months bank statement. the funds got transferred to her account from my account and those funds came to my account from my brother account.
We will provide my wife bank statement with the letter of declaration that funds transferred from my account. we tried to get gift deed from UAE which justifies funds taken from my brother but failed. only providing wife bank statement with one big transaction will be sufficient if I provide the letter of declaration that these are my funds?
