Proof of Funds: BANK STATEMENTS

Hi! I am about to request bank statements of my father in the bank. But I would like to ask where should we address the bank statement? Is it to the Embassy of Canada in my country of residence or the CIC? I am applying for a student permit online.

Normally banks do not need that to generate statement. In case your bank requires that, "visa officer, immigration and citizenship, Canada " will do. I don't think anyone cares much about it.
