Next month, I'm resuming residency as a citizen, my wife is landing as a new immigrant. I am her PR sponsor.
We already have bank accounts in Canada setup and wired some money into that accounts. Will be bringing less than C$10k with us at landing/entry. Still have some money at the country of origin bank accounts for families there.
At the time of landing/entry at the airport:
1. Do we need to provide proof of funds that is already sitting at our Canada bank accounts, e.g. wire transfers receipt?
2. Do we need to provide proof of funds that is still sitting at our country of origin accounts, e.g. bank statements?
