Proof of funds assistance?

I was wondering about proof of funds

I understand I need $14,690 when applying so I was wondering I don't have that much in my account now currently but do have a paid position and get paid at the end of the month

I planned to apply in January too

So how would I show proof of funds? I read I can show them across the past 6 months and I had that overall so could that be enough or good?

I am wondering if I should do CEC OR FSWP

1. I just turned 27

2. I've been in Canada for 8 years and have two degrees from Canadian unis

3. I have a PGWP that expires in November

I have work experience which I want to determine could count as Canadian

So should I do CEC OR FSWP

If you have one year of skilled work experience then you are CEC.
