What would happen if for example someone applying alone presents proof of USD12,500 (now worth more than CAD13,500, currently more than enough to meet the proof of funds requirement of CAD11,824), but during the processing at the VO and before a decision is made the USD loses value and the USD12,500 are worth less than the CAD11,824 required for one person?
