Hello, pls for clarification. Let's assume am to have 25cad , am I expected to have the money 6months before I get ITA? Or after getting ITA the money should be in my account for 6 month

Neither. As long as you can explain any lump sum amounts (if any) deposited within the past 6 months you are free to have the money in your account for a single day for all IRCC cares.
