Proof of fund requirements for Ontario Express Entry - Doubts

I have got a PT notification in my MyCic account, saying I need to apply for PNP within 45 days. Now my problem is It is not possible for me to send six statements of bank statements, as I have just deposited the settlement amount in term deposit scheme(in India) just a few weeks ago. As per the Ontario PNP guide (Human Capital Priorities Stream), I need to send six month bank statements. Though I can send six month bank statement of my savings account, I can not get six month statement for the term deposit account which contains the settlement fund.

Is this six month statement really mandatory. Can any one advice me on this.

Do you have enough money in any of your bank accounts? Savings or the term deposit account?

The fact is that you need to show the balance for 6 months.

Hi Andy,

I do have the required amount in the term deposit. The problem is that I invested this amount just few weeks back. 60% of this amount had come from another deposit account in a local cooperative society. In fact I was afraid that this local society would not be considered by cic as a recognized financial situation. So I just transferred to a reputed bank. The other 40% of cash made out means like selling of few assets.

How can I give a proper justification for this. Any idea on this matter would be a great help.
