Proof of fund for Quebec college

Dear Experts,
Since I applied for my CAQ already, I have a concern regarding the proof of fund in work permit apply stage.
In my case,
1. I already paid the 1st-semester fees+administative fees which included insurance
2. Already deposited 11k CAD to Canadian bank to show a proof of fund
3. Going to show another 11k CAD in my personal bank account as proof of fund ( Is the required or optional?)

Am i OK with Financial side to get study visa or anything else still required?

The more, the better. You will need to secure a letter from the bank that you have such a deposit; and the monies will be available to you during your studies in Canada. IRCC will vet any such letters with the issuing bank. If you have not been working, please mention the source of such funds in your SoE.

I can have a bank letter, but should it mandatory to mentioned that money monies will be available to you during your studies in Canada even it under my name?

Hmmm.. I believe the "proof of funds" means the funds available for/during your stay and studies in Canada.
It is important to prove that it is available during your studies.

I have shown GIC and Bank Loan Sanction Letter. The letter says it will be available during my studies in Canada.

Could anyone who showed additional (hard cash ) funds with GIC comment, please?
