Proof of Fund - Express Entry

Dear Everyone,

I have a question regarding POF.

I have CRS score of 461. We (me and my wife) have got the joint fixed deposit of INR 10 lacs. The fund was a gift from my father-in-law and hence we also have got the gift deed and affidavit done through notary.

Should I still need to wait for sufficient time like 3 months and then create an Express entry profile?

If you have a gift deed then no need to wait for 3 months to get your funds old.
