Proof of fund - Canadian student permit

I have a letter of acceptance for an 8 months program (2 semesters) and have paid the first semester fees.
Is it possible to attach my wife's 4 months' bank statement as proof of fund since she will accompany me?.
Should I have to include a letter of sponsorship How can I make one?.

You can attached your spouse’s bank statements. You can include letter but you are married so funds are considered together. How is she accompanying you?
