Proof of french language alternatives

Hi, I have studied in french language school in Egypt, took some exams and obtained two french language certificates back in 1993 as follows:
* Alliance Franciase, Diplome de la langue francaise (Paris)
* Certificat de pratique de francais des prefession scientifique et technique de la chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris
My question is, can this replace the required french languge exams required for immigration or help by any means?

No, you cannot. For immigration, you must take one of the approved language tests.

They might help to give you more education points depending on the length of the program. However they won't help you for the language portion of the process.
