Proof of Foreign Work Experience under Express Entry

Hi All,

I have a question with Proof of Foreign Work Experience under Express Entry.

My year of foreign work is at my parents company in the UK. Is it ok if I send a letter confirming my employment signed by my father? I included it in the my history question and resume when I originally applied for my IEC 2 year work visa. I don't have any payslips for this period unfortunately. Would the letter be enough?
