Proof of Financial Support

I got my ITA on 25-Mar.
I am uploading all of my documents.

I am in Canada since last 2.5 years. How to be sure that my application is under CEC.

I have heard that Financial support documents are not needed. But in "Upload doc" section it is still asking for "Proof of Financial Support"

Please advise.

That's because you stated an amount other than $0 in the funds that you'll bring to Canada.

Upload a letter stating that you've been invited under the CEC program and thus, no POF are required.

Can anybody provide me the format of letter? Do we need to sign them or just a typed letter in PDF format is good enough?
