If my father is willing to sell a house in the village to support me with the 30.000$ required as a proof of funds and he will transfer the money to my own back account. How am gonna prove it for the visa officer?

i hope ur not selling the house u live in......dont leave ur parents in the air while u dream of canada..it will take years 5-6 years to save $30000...with that said u should keep that money in ur fathers bank and attach sale deed/sales receipt of the house and sponsorship letter from ur dad for visa.
