Proof of Financial Support & Education Document

Hi guys,
I received the ITA under CEC recently and preparing my documents for APR.

And I have 2 questions on Proof of Financial Support & Education Document.

For the Proof of Financial Support, it shows this info after clicking '?' icon.

Express Entry - Permanent Residents
If you are applying for permanent residence in Canada, you must provide an official letter issued by your financial institution indicating your financial profile. This must:

• list of all your bank (chequing and savings) and investment accounts, the account numbers, dates each account was opened and the balance of each account over the past six months,
• list all outstanding debts, such as credit cards and loans,
• be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution, and include your name and the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number, and e-mail address).

But I got the ITA under CEC, do I still need to get this from the bank? I went to BMO today and the staff told me you need to go to your original branch because we don't have your dates of opening.

So my question is do I have to go back to the original branch and ask them to give me this letter? Or I can only upload an LOE with the transaction history and credit card statement for the past 6 months?

For the Education Document, it says:

You must provide proof that you completed your post-secondary education. Examples of proof of education include a diploma and/or degree. Examples of post-secondary education are:

Bachelor's degree

• This is an academic degree awarded by a college or university to those who completed an undergraduate curriculum (also called a baccalaureate). Example: a Bachelor of Arts, Science or Education.

I graduated from a university in Canada and got a Bachelor of Arts. So do I need to include the transcript as well? Or just need to scan the certificate and completion letter issued by my university?

Usually a scan of the diploma is enough.

As a CEC applicant, you don’t have to show proof of funds. You can upload a letter of explanation to this effect, teling the officer this.
