I've received multiple ITA and have turn them down as I do not know what to do. I quit my previous job in jan. But I am employed there until the end of April (leave accumulation). I've started my new job immidiately after quiting my previous job. My question is that I don't want to include my new job in my express entry profile....would that be ok? What would he the consequences for not including my current (new) job in my express profile ? (P's. I do not need my current job to get an ITA)

If you don't need any points for the current job, you can leave it out of Work history and include it only under Personal history so that's not a problem at all.
