Hi all

Just trying to be ahead of the curve, post invitation to apply, and I'm just wondering what exact information I will need to prove my work experience in conjunction to what I've put in my application. I've had a few contracts so will need to contact a variety of people.

1.) How many years of employment do I need to go back to to send with my application.
2.) What information do I need to get from my employer in respect to verification? E.g. Date worked to and from, hours worked, job title, hours worked?

Do note I am a self employed IT Consultant from London, UK/ I'm currently working through my own limited company. Would I need to include my contract of employment as well, as well as company registration details, annual company accounts details etc?

Thanks for your help.

1) The website asked me to verify every single employment entry regardless of date. To give you an idea, my first employment date was in 2005.
2) Dates, hours worked, title, duties/responsibilities, income including benefits. Interestingly enough, most HR departments either refuse to give out this granularity or just lack the history altogether.

With large firms, it's a total bureaucratic nightmare because most have third parties, who are completely inflexible, running this service for them (at least in the US). Good luck.
