I am currently working in Infosys and looking for guidance in getting my Proof of Employment (PoE) documents properly.
As most of us already know, Indian companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc. do not give proof of employment in the CIC prescribed format (with duties and roles change and salary details).
What they issue is just 2 liner letter of employment stating that the person has been working in the company since <date/year>.
As per the information given in the forum , I need to have a letter signed and then notarized from my colleague or senior in the CIC format. But I have few doubts on this.
Below are my queries, kindly guide:
1. To whom should I address the official 2 liner "Letter of Employment". My Visa office will be New Delhi so shall I get the address of New Delhi office or "Whomsoever It May Concern" and then Dear Sir/Madam will suffice for this?
2. Can someone pls guide how they managed to get the PoE documents from the Indian MNC.
If someone from Infosys can guide on this that will be very helpful.
