heloo seniors ,
what is meaning of the line below existing in checklist..........
"Proof of custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court"
i got devorce compromisely.in devorce paper there is stated that my babies will be with me after devorce. i wish it is enough for proof of custody.
i have made the affidavit that i m responsible for them and have power to remove them from country coz i m being only legal guardian of them.
then this is notarized with sign of matropoliton majistrate.
our devorce didn't went to court, thats why to make a court paper not possible.
what will do?
these all r ok?
i have only 5 weeks from120 days
plz suggest
