proof of communication

hello there, the canadian embassy called me today saying that my interview is next month, but they asked me to bring a proof of communication since we started talking in may 2008, they said it should include phone bills and email printouts and special occasions cards,
all i could get is a page of call logs that i found on my wife's phone co. website,which go back to january of this year, and it only shows outgoing calls, i.e her calling me and some emails, please advise

give them a good reason why you dont do email talks and why only phone calls. they should be fine as not always everyone communicates on internet emails or chats.

they can never tell you what you MUST bring with you. they only give u a guidelines so it doesnt have to be there 100% same what they ask.
