Hi everyone

Looking for some advice/ someone who has been in a similar situation. I have checked the previous boards and cannot find anything similar to my situation under express entry.
ITA received in Jan for me and Partner (he is the PA) we are common law not married and have lived together since Jan 2015
We are getting our papers together to submit but are struggling to provide enough evidence of cohabitation. Due to the country we live in it is not normal for 2 names to be listed on a tenancy agreement, all the utility bills are in my partners name so I have nothing official to show my address.
Below are the documents we do have/can get.

1. Copy of cheque paid by me to the agent for the agent’s fees of the apartment (dated Jan 2015)
2. Proof from bank that we each have a supplementary credit card for each other (dated 2015)
3. Bank statement shows transfer of funds from me to my partner to contribute towards rent and bills (paid yearly with 'RENT' as the reference)
4. Letters from respective parents stating that they have stayed/visited us at the address
5. LOE explaining tenancy contract limitations and more details of our relationship etc.

I have checked the required documents for cohabitation and above is the best we can get. Has anyone experienced a similar situation or know of someone who got rejected due to lack of proof?
Getting Married is an option that we are prepared and happy to take but I personally think that this will look suspicious and make the application worse.
Any advice or thoughts you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Do you not have ANY bills at all? Do you have any correspondence addressed to you? Maybe magazines? Anything? Ideally you should show utility bills for each other like in my case I pay for the electricity and my wife pays for cable TV. Failing that anything else that has a date on it would help (so magazines or any subscriptions).

From the list you have up there:
1. Copy of cheque paid by me to the agent for the agent’s fees of the apartment (dated Jan 2015) Don't thing this will help as it's a one off thing, but no harm in sending it along
2. Proof from bank that we each have a supplementary credit card for each other (dated 2015) Yes this is good, this will help, send proof (like credit card statements) for at least 12 months
3. Bank statement shows transfer of funds from me to my partner to contribute towards rent and bills (paid yearly with 'RENT' as the reference) Yes, I think this helps, send at least 12 months
4. Letters from respective parents stating that they have stayed/visited us at the address Don't think this will help much as IRCC understands that parents and immediate family are very accommodating and will say almost anything to help, but no harm in sending it along
5. LOE explaining tenancy contract limitations and more details of our relationship etc. This will help
