I need advice regarding proof of Canadian Citizenship certificate. I applied for my son’s proof of Canadian citizenship from Bangladesh. I applied last year july online. Still now did not receive any AOR or UCI number for his application. I am worried do not know what should I do? Any one can help me please.

Was your son born out the country and you applied online without going through Canada embassy in that country?
However, when my son was born outside the country then I filled out the paperwork then straight to the Canada embassy in my country
