I am Canadian, living in the USA (dual citizenship). My husband is only a US citizen, and has never lived in Canada. I just had my child's proof of citizenship application rejected because of incomplete information.
In the section about "parents", I completed the information regarding my background. I then entered information about my child's father but as he has no Canadian status, I left the Canadian citizenship information blank, entering only information about how he obtained US citizenship (by birth).
Do I exclude information about the non-Canadian father?
