proof of citizenship for child born out of canada

Hello every one here .
I have few question about citizenship certificate or proof of citizenship for my kids born in usa to a one Canadian parent .
in the check list of application they asked for
1 certified copy of Child Birth certificate
2 child social number 3 copy of usa passport 4 certified copy of parents Marriage certificate
Proof of parents Canadian citizenship certified copy of Canadian passport
fee of 75 Cnd Dollars and signed Application along with check list
Is there amy thing I am missing ????

Question 1 . Certified copy means a New York state Notary public write this is a true copy of original document stamp singed and dated it that's all Cic need .???

Question 2.they did not ask for other parent information to send with application . for example Non Canadian mothers copy of passport or Green card or social mothers birth certificate ?? should I send mothers green card and passport copy OR NO NEED IT BECAUSE ITS NOT REQUIRED IN CHECK LIST ??

Question 3. do I have to first sponsor mother for PR than apply for kids citizenship OR I don't have to sponsor her to get kids citizenship ??

1. As you can see here (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certified_copy), a notary public in the state of New York cannot make a true copy declaration. So, you will need to have the documents certified elsewhere (e.g. Vermont or Canada), or send originals. Documents will not be returned.

You will need to include your birth certificate (if you were born in Canada) or citizenship certificate* (if you were naturalized in Canada), and the children's birth certificates listing you as their father. You do not need to include your marriage certificate.

As to the children's ID (SS card and U.S. passport photo page), send standard copies, which do not have to be certified.

2. You need to complete the information for the child's mother on the application (do not leave sections blank...write N/A for questions that don't apply), but you do not need to send copies of any of her documents.

3. You can apply for the children's proof of citizenship immediately. You do not need to wait until you sponsor their mother.

*do not send the original of your citizenship certificate (unless you are requesting a replacement), because it will not be returned.
