Hi, I applied for my two children (both born in the USA) to get their proof of Canadian proof of Citizenship back in Sept. 2020. I sent it UPS and received confirmation that it was delivered. I have not received anything (email or letter) from the CIC. When I submitted a request for information on the CIC website, they said that my applications have not been processed and to verify that they were delivered (which I have). We are going on nine months, when the processing time online says 5 months. should I continue to wait or should I resubmit the application?

Definitely do not resubmit the application. That won't help at all. Processing time is taking much longer right now than the normal time of 5 months due to COVID. There are discussions about this in the Citizenship section of the forum.

I am also in the same boat, I submitted my application Feb 2021 and till now nothing. Every time I ask they say delay due to situation in Afghan. Well now I need to apply for a Canadian passport, when will I get my certificate? I don't even have an AOR
