proof of certification for regulated professionals in OOPNP

Hi! I want to apply for OOPNP . I am dentist . I want to know . can anybody tell me if I can apply there without having license at this initial phase. Because it is written in application guide that if you are working in regulated profession u must provide proof of certificate or license . Even if I am following all other requirement like 400 points etc . MUch appreciated

No you don't need to be licensed to apply. You will, of course, need a license/certification, once you're in Canada and want to work as a Dentist.
