proof of assets or business for financial support in IRCC

Hello,
I want to know that what should include in IRCC for study permit.
I have some assets like commercial vehicle and some land documents in the name of my father.
Can i include that. if i can than what should documents can upload?
Please help me on this and reply to me.

They are not your assets in father's name. It doesn't prove assets for funds. For study permit, it is cash in the bank.
