Proof of Access to Funds in Spouse Account

Hello. I applied as the principal applicant but submitted bank account statements for both myself and my spouse. Now I have been asked to show proof of my access to those funds. What is considered proof of access? Does he need to write a letter saying I have Access to those funds?

yes with a court seal and his signature on the letter to make it a legal document.

An affidavit is acceptable as proof that you have access to his funds.
