3 birth certificates will do: you (the applicant), your brother's and your neice (the person inviting)

No because visiting a niece is not an immediate nor extended family member.

So they can say they are visiting for tourism.

Proving that you want to visit a niece doesn’t actually really help your TRV process so would mention it but what you really need to do is prove that you have strong ties to your home country and enough savings to show you can afford to travel.

So we're trying to apply for the TRV for 3 members - couple and their daughter-in-law.
And the niece would be sponsoring their trip.
How much money should be shown please in this case?
