I m on work permit and my spouse accompanied me for 2 years on visitor visa. currently i m no skill requirement occupation. What do i need to do to apply for my wife's open work permit? If my company promotes me at supervisor or manager level by appling new LMO, Will it be helpful to me?

Please advise all the options.

If i get the new LMO? Do i need to leave country for work permit?
What new thing my employer need to include in new LMO application? I mean it is same as the previous one or quite different?
