Promotion after OINP application is submitted

Hello All,

I have submitted by OINP application under HCP tech draw for CEC stream in the month of May. I got promoted last week and it will be effective from the month of July which is after 3 weeks.
So my query is, should I inform OINP right away or wait for the Promotion to be effective and inform them in the month of July?

I'm looking for information about this because I will get a promotion later this month and I'm kind of in the same situation, what did you do in the end?
