You match responsibilities not title to find your NOC. Use the ESDC database, not the find your NOC page.

Google ESDC NOC database. There is a link right on the “find your NOC” page to search for your NOC.

So what NOCs are you considering? NOCs are not based on title - Project Manager, but job responsibilities. So you need to focus on your field and responsibilities.

My job is all about project management: managing projects from inception to completion, and the projects I am going to manage to relate to health care. I am reading some comments here that 1221 should be the one, but that position is about operational work, but my position is project-oriented, so I am confused.

For EE-CEC, NOC makes no difference. It is your CRS score. Since you are working in Canada, what is your score?
