Folks, need some guidance. Let me state my case:
- worked in Canada for 52 months with gaps in between since 2009 until 2014, under specialized knowledge NOC 2171 (max cap 5 years).
- couldn't reapply in 2015 because I was not out of Canada for 12 continuous months in preceding last 3 years, cap says wait 1 year
- did my 1 year outside Canada and now applied under specialized knowledge manager NOC 0213.
Questions:
Is my time as specialized knowledge worker counted in when I apply as Manager?
Do they confirm the same person progressed a grade in the time they were out of Canada?
Is my app counted as a fresh one as 0213 or an extension of 2171 now applying as 0213?
Any treachery perceived when an applicant changes NOC?
