Before its last disappearing act, my progress bar showed 84% complete. When it reappeared this morning it shows 86%. It clearly states it's a simple 1-year countdown, and nothing more.Progress bar is a visual estimate of the average processing times. They may have been updating to represent the current processing times so that people aren't expecting to be approved because they are at 90% and when they hit 100% nothing happens.
