I consulted multiple visa agents and all of them think that due to my educational background (I studied art in russia but didn't finish it, I quit mainly due to covid), my chance of getting my visa approved for computer science is not great, and indeed my first application was refused.
my current agent suggests that I apply for an art diploma in the same DLI and use it for visa but attend my original degree once I'm in Canada (I have offers from both programs)
It sounds really sketchy but it seems like at least according to what ircc says on their website I don't need to notify ircc for program changes in the same DLI, so technically it's..... okay?? It still sounds really sketchy tho so I really need some advice here, thank you very much
