profiles in express entry

I have submitted application in express entry but its showing ineligible as I have updated low CELPIP score by mistake. I am not able to edit that application or profile now. My question is that how many times I can apply or how many profiles I can create if earlier are ineligible in express entry...

just create another profile.. use another email ID..

not sure abt using the same one..
have a feeling the system might screw up possibility of technical glitch somewhere as this is new system.. creating another ID doesnt cost a penny..

alternatively just revoke your GC key and all that.. and use the same ID.
