Profile open only for 2 days!!

Hello Guys!!

Hope we are all satisfied now with scores dropping to 450.

I have a query regarding my open profile. My profile only became open yesterday after successful job bank registration. Would I be eligible for the draw tomorrow(provided it happens and the scores are below mine).Does it take a few days for the officers to look at the candidates.
