Profile ineligible

When i submitted my profile for the first time, i got a message saying your profile found ineligible. When i creating and submitting new profile, there is question " whether you have applied for express entry before?" And if you put yes. Its asking for the file number.
Do we have mention YES and provide ineligible application number in that field?

Already answered. A profile is not an application, it is known as an "expression of interest". Under express entry, you have to receive an ITA before you can submit an application.

I submitted my profile and my score was 483. and i submitted my profile on dec 9th. but i still did not get invitation on the draw happened today. will it take some time to get invitation or we get it right away?? cut off score was 472
or is there any reason to happen like that

I didn’t get my ITA until later in the evening during my time, wait for the next 24 hours.
