Profile Ineligible

Hi due to Ontario PNP restriction 1 June, I withdrew my profile and trying to create a new one.
Each time I submit my profile I am getting bellow message.

I have tried 8 times now. worried about profile. Can anyone help?

Just check the information that you are inputting once again carefully.

1. Is your IELTS result still valid?

2. Did you lose points on age recently?

3. Have you input the right amount under POF?

Also, what was your CRS score? And what was your score on the FSW 100 point scale?

1) I have taken IELTS on 20 Sept 2014 with score R-6, W-6, L-7, S-7.5.

2) I loose 5 points on 5th May.

3) I put 15000 for POF

4) My score is 432, do not know how much in 100 scale, I am eligible both FSW and CEC
