Profile Ineligible

Hi ALL
I completed my Masters from Canada and presently working under NOC code 1122 for the last 10 months (still not eligible for CEC). I have 7 years of experience in India (2 as web programmer - NOC 2174 and 5 years in market research - NOC 4163). When I created and submitted my express entry profile, I got a message from CIC that my profile in not eligible. Can different NOC codes be a reason for rejection?
Can anyone please help as to what could have been the reason and what should I do?

Different NOC codes was the reason for a rejected profile that I once created. I created another while making sure that my NOC codes were all the same and it worked.
