Profile Ineligible while all requirements met

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to create my profile on Express Entry but my profile is received as ineligible by the system. I don't understand why since I meet all the requirements:
- CELPIP results: more than 7 everywhere
- 1 year experience in Canada in a NOC 1123 job (with a work permit exempt from LMIA)
- Master degree
- 15000 dollars of funds (I'm applying with my spouse)

Has anyone an idea of what I may be filling up the wrong way? There must be something I'm missing.

Have you done your ECA assessment via WES or other two organizations hired by CIC for the job?

OR From where you completed your education?

Yes I used World Education Services.
Do you think the form number they ask could be the reason why my profile is ineligible? That seems a bit extreme but I really dont understand what's wrong with my application.

Tell me one thing my friend, have you done ECA for both Bachelor and Masters? If yes, then it is fine i.e. all things from your side are fine.

You need to file a query with CIC as possibly this is a system glitch.

Do you want to quickly check if you are eligible under FSWP ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

And CEC ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

Yes I have the ECA for both my Bachelor and Master degrees.

I also think they is a glitch because there is absolutely no reason why my profile should not be eligible...

Well yes, mail them up - the CIC or call them up -and see if it gets sorted out soon.

Quick question: how many years of education are we supposed to indicate when filling our study section? I've seen some people suggesting we should write 18 years to take into account all education whereas I entered 5 years for my master. (I created only 1 query for my master, not for my bachelor)
