profile ineligible& the system did not accept my passport details

Hi guys,

I am writing for consulting you regarding an issue with my Canadian EE application. I have submitted an application on November 27, 2017, and I had to withdraw it right away after submitting it as I figured out that I misspelled my wife's last name. After withdrawing my application, the application appears on my application as “Update not submitted”.


I tried to make a new application but the application appears like this “ profile ineligible”. I tried to make a new profile yesterday but when it came to entering my passport details, the system did not accept them.


Could you guys help me with that?

I think you are talking about EE profile and not PR application. You can't withdraw PR application online after you submit it.
In your case I think you didn't complete the process of withdrawal of EE profile otherwise the status will say 'profile withdrawn' not 'update not submitted'. You need to finish that process first.

I think the withdrawal is complete and you are no longer in the pool. You need to create a new profile and get back in the pool
